We will accept return of any normally stocked item, (except replacement remotes), purchased from our web site within 30 days from the date ordered, for any reason, no questions asked, with the following guidelines;
It is our intention to provide our customers with the most liberal, but fair, return policy in this electronics industry. Many companies do not accept retruns at all for electronic products, and others charge restocking fees. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Our Return Policy is intended for you, the customer, to be able to return an item you purchased and upon receipt, discovered that the product is truly not what you expected it to be, or you feel that the installation required is beyond what you would like to do, or you can't find someone to do the installation for you. We feel these are all valid reasons for you to be able to return the product and get your money back without any hassle.
Electronic products (alarms, remote starters, accessories, etc.) must be in their original unused condition, including the packaging, carton, install guide, owners guide, etc.. Any installed, or attempted to be installed products, may not be returned for a refund. We only sell brand new product obtained directly from the manufacturer, and any product that was installed, or attempted to be installed, cannot be resold to another customer as "new" product and therefore cannot be accepted as a return.
All product must be 100% complete with original packaging, manuals, registration card(s), wiring , accessories, etc. Any product with damaged materials cannot be returned and resold as "new" product.
Replacement remote controls may not be returned for a refund. However, if you ordered the wrong replacement remote control, they may be exchanged for the correct remote, but only if the sealed packaging has not been opened, because again, an opened package cannot be resold to another customer as "new" product.
Quantity orders may not be returned for credit or for exchange because they generally involved obtaining a special order quantity from the manufacturer above the quantities that we normally stock for that particular product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. If we provided you FREE Shipping on your original order, the actual cost of this shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Ship the return to the address below, labeled with the RMA #. We suggest that you ship via UPS, or USPS Delivery Confirmed, to verify that we actually received your return. We cannot be responsible for returns that do not get delivered to us.Returns Department - RMA # xxxx

We will refund 100% of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges paid for by Auto Preservers, with no restocking charges. The refund amount must be credited to your credit card that was originally used for the purchase. We do not have the capability to issue credit to a different credit card, as the refund process is built into your original invoice and credit card.
